    On December 3rd, COAG and DPA strategic cooperation framework agreement signing ceremony was held at Dalian Shangri-La Hotel. In order to implement the revitalization of Northeast China and Liaoning coastal economic zone development strategy of CPC Central Committee and State Council, and to accelerate the construction of the international shipping center in Northeast Asia, two giants--state-owned corporation and regional huge corporation allied to complement each other.

    Liu Jingzhen, chairman of COAG introduced the advantages of COAG in construction, especially the shipbuilding dock construction in Haixi Bay, Qingdao ranks first in China, second in the whole world, represents the highest level of domestic shipbuilding dock construction and Port Sudan Water Supply Project of 510 million dollars.

    Both sides highly appreciated the cooperation between COAG and DPA, and looked forward to more cooperation in the future.
